Gibraltar Aircraft Registry welcomes a wide range of corporate and private aircraft, including:
- Aeroplanes with a maximum certified take-off mass of 5,700 kg or more, equipped with one or more turboprop or jet engines
- Aeroplanes under 5,700 kg or single-engine aircraft, if owned by a resident of Gibraltar
- Rotorcraft with a maximum certified take-off mass of 1,000 kg or more
- Aircraft manufactured after 01 January 1990
- Aircraft type certificated in accordance with EASA, UK CAA, FAA (USA), TCCA (Canada), ANAC (Brazil) or Israeli CAA (RPAS only) regulations;
- Other aircraft may be accepted at the discretion of the Authority.
