The registered owner must notify the Gibraltar Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) of any change to the registered details of an aircraft.
To ensure that changes can be processed efficiently and without interrupting the aircraft’s registration or operations, owners and operators are encouraged to notify us as early as possible, particularly where a change of ownership, operator, or registration is planned. Early notification enables us to review the proposed changes, identify any additional requirements, and coordinate the process with all relevant parties.
Applications must be submitted using Form REG 08 – Application for Change of Aircraft Details, together with the supporting documentation specified in Appendix 1 of the form.
